1.SHIPPING POLICY

WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We provide worldwide free shipping. However, if you are located in a country we are unable to ship to, we will contact you.

DELIVERY TIME

  • US orders take about 12 - 20 business days
  • International delivery takes about 15 - 30 business days
  • The maximum delivery time is 40 business days(not including 2 - 4 days processing)

Business day means Monday to Friday.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2 - 4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
  1. International delivery usually takes about 15 - 30 business days.
  2. US orders are shipped by e-packet and usually take about 12 - 20 business days, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Shipping from our warehouse in China, we will always choose the fastest way to deliver your package.

Business day means Monday to Friday. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, methods of delivery, and the items ordered.

Please be patient and allow some time for the item(s) to arrive.

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window provided and you haven't received notices for attempted deliveries, please contact us and we'll figure out what went wrong.

TRACKING NUMBER
Once the product is shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number.

You can also track your order with the option on our website, see the Tracking option in the menu. Note that for some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

CARRIERS
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMSWhen your package is in the USA, the carrier is USPS.

CUSTOMS
For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

ORDER CANCELLATION
After you placed your order, you have 12 hours to cancel your order. In case you want to cancel an order, you will need to contact us. Please contact us at service@ismartdrone.com as soon as possible to see if there is still time to cancel your order before it has started processing. All of our products are being processed 12 hours after it is ordered. If your order has already been processed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled or changed in any way.

We will charge a processing fee for orders canceled after they are shipped. This fee is 10% of the price you paid for your order(s). For example: if you paid $100 for the canceled orders, we will charge $10 fee for the cancellation. This fee will be deducted from your refund. When you receive the item(s), the item(s) must be returned at your expense and the item must be unused and unwashed. Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your refund.

NOTE:
**If you want to cancel the order just after you submitted it, then send us a request, so we can cancel the order within our ordering system and you can get your refund.**

REFUNDS
We are satisfied if you are satisfied. You can request a refund any time no matter the reason.

You can request a refund:

1. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (standard 40 business days not including 2 - 4 days processing). Business day means Monday to Friday.

2. If you received the wrong item. You can request a refund or a reshipment.

3. If you do not want the product you’ve received or you ordered the wrong size. You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. You may request a refund. The item must be returned at your expense and the item must be unused and unwashed. Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your refund.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, jumpsuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags).

4. If you receive a defective or damaged item. You can request a refund or a reshipment. Please send us a photo of the damage/error and your order number.

Returns will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of your package. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at       contact@shopify.com

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Contact us with your request and the reason for the refund. If your request is approved, we will mail you the address of the location where you can send the item(s) to. We have different locations to receive the returns.
  2. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.
  3. Send your return package using a traceable carrier. Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
  4. Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your return.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our customer service team, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
